Here you can sample outstanding products, including fish fresh from the market, Limousin or Salers beef, as well as our mainstay, Breton or Canadian lobsters from our own lobster tank. You can also sample all the local produce that makes the Île de Ré so special, including its oysters, potatoes and wine.
